The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery for Primary Health Centre, Narhat, Block-Narhat, District-Nawada. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed appeal (Annexure 13) before the Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Patna, respondent No.4 and the same is pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.17645 of 2015 (2) dt.17-11-2017 that at his instance, this writ petition is placed under the heading to be mentioned for a direction to the Executive Director to dispose of his appeal. It is submitted that by one stroke of pen, three A.N.Ms. were terminated but two of them have already been reinstated.

It appears that the petitioner moved before this Court against her termination in CWJC No.12250 of 2012 and this Court vide order dated 19.07.2012 did not interfere into the order of termination of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to dispose of her appeal in accordance with law, if possible, within four months, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
