====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 579 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2081 of 2020 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charges have been framed in this on 13.02.2020. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
