JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Having regard to the nature of order passed by this Court in the connected writ application, while it can not be held any contempt has been committed by the opposite parties but then when the opposite parties themselves in para-9 of the show cause reply have taken a plea that the Principal of the college has not submitted the claim of the petitioner and that it is basically a
Patna High Court MJC No.2925 of 2014 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 matter of computation, this Court would direct the competent authority of the university to ensure that a final decision, in view of the letter of the Registrar dated 15.01.2015, must be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and a copy of the order with regard to such decision be also communicated to the petitioner.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
