The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant side and sustained injury of one Rekha Devi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31258 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2022 2/2 order as well as Annexure-2 to this petition, it appears that the injury report of one Rekha Devi is found to be simple in nature. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
