2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
(i) for issuance of a direction to the respondent authority for measurement of land of the petitioner's mother bearing Plot No.633, Khata No.113, area 1 acre 24 decimal which is raiyati land situated at Dildarganj. The land was purchased through the registered sale deed by grandfather of the mother of the petitioner Shanti Devi namely late Hari Narayan Gope within stipulated period.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6124 of 2026(3) dt.30-06-2026 2/2 (ii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority that the representation filed by the petitioner on 0903-2026 sent through registered post as well as through e-mail be disposed of within stipulated period.
(iii) For grant of any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to, may be granted to the petitioner.
3. Mr. Kaushal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
