In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.59 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., misappropriation of fund has been made by Rajendra Kumar Jha, Incharge Headmaster of the school. The petitioner is the Clerk of the school. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of the Sessions Judge itself discloses that he was not involved in misappropriation of the fund.

Case No.59 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
