Learned counsel for the State relying upon the statement made in the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the order under contempt has been complied with and the entire arrears of provisional pension has been made and further the final pension papers have also been sent to the Accountant General, Bihar.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
