The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Uchkagoan P.S.Case No.242 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506 of the IPC. The allegation against these petitioners is that he abused and scuffled with the informant and his wife (petitioner no.2). The occurrence of scuffle took place for removing encroachment by the petitioners from the government land. The petitioners claimed that they have land adjoining to the place of occurrence. It further appears that the informant has not sustained any injury. In view of the aforesaid facts, let the above named two petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30976 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 of six weeks from today in connection with Uchkagoan P.S.Case No.242 of 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
