In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.23 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, while the victim was going to attend natural call, she was kidnapped by the unknown persons. But, the victim in her 164 statement stated that while she was going to attend the Matric examination the petitioner took her away from there.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Harischandra Ram @ Harishchandra Ram, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/-
