Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2, by referring to the averments made in paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the aforesaid show cause as also the order contained in Annexure-A, submits that the order dated 16.04.2013 passed in CWJC No.6820 of 2013 by this Court has been complied with. In above view of the matter, the present application is disposed of as infructuous.
