ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-04-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his objections under Section 9 of the Public Demand Recovery Act against the notices served on him. The present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the parties. The Certificate Officer i.e. respondent no. 5 shall pass necessary orders under Section 10 of the Public Demand Recovery Act duly taking into consideration the explanation submitted by the petitioner. The entire exercise to be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the application. The petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.6146 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 shall be given an opportunity of hearing before any order is passed. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner. The Authority concerned shall pass a reasoned order dealing with all the issues raised by the petitioner.

2. Till such time the final orders are passed, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
