The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It is a case of recovery of English wine from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that the wine was recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
