The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Balia Belone P.S. Case No.160 of 2022, registered for offence under Sections 323, 341, 376, 504, 506/34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
