In the present case, petitioner is seeking relief for appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra and for that he approached this Court vide C.W.J.C. No.10714 of 2010 whereafter he approached to the Tribunal and Tribunal vide order dated 14.6.2011 rejected the claim of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4847 of 2013 (3) dt.19-01-2016 holding that there is no post of Shiksha Mitra and as such the appeal filed by the present petitioner is completely incompetent.

This issue is no longer in res-integra in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of Smt. Renu Kumari Pandey and The State of Bihar and others, reported in 2011(4) PLJR 297 and that has been affirmed by the Full Bench in the case of Kalpana Rani v. The State of Bihar and others, reported in 2014(2) PLJR 665.

In such view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U
