The grievance of the petitioner is that the concerned authorities have misinterpreted the order dated 26.03.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8958 of 2013 and passed order to make payment of 50 % of the amount to Sunita Kumari which is not in accordance with the above stated order dated 26.03.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8958 of 2013.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty

Patna High Court C. REV. No.417 of 2014 (2) dt.29-04-2015 to challenge the Memo No. 508 dated 21.10.2014 passed by the District Education Officer, Kaimur at Bhabua. With the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
