The writ application was disposed of by directing the respondents to ensure that the petitioner is sent for the service training as per the rule-provision.

Since the petitioner was admitted to training but was not permitted to take examination that gave a cause to him to file the present contempt application.

Mr. Roy on going through the show cause fairly states that the said part of the order has now been complied with by permitting the petitioner to take examination.
