The petitioners seek bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No.311 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 25.6.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48935 of 2013 rejected the bail of the petitioner.

Perused the report of the court below. From the report it appears that both sides have closed their evidences and thereafter an application was filed by the petitioners to transfer the case from the concerned Presiding Officer which was rejected by the District Judge vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47616 of 2016 (4) dt.18-01-2017 21.11.2016.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the aforesaid case will not be adjourned further on any ground whatsoever.
