This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.03.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No.570 of 2016 by which the petition filed under Section 227 of the Cr. P.C. for discharge of the petitioner along with others has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24483 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 petitioner at appropriate stage in the proceeding before the court below.
