This Court in C.W.J.C. No. 19008 vide order dated 11.02.2014 has recorded that 19 persons of identical in nature were granted the benefit of shifting the date of regularization by Notification no. 865/Estat/12 dated 08.12.2013. The case of the petitioner was based upon the aforesaid notification. Learned counsel for the State has filed show cause annexing the Notification No. 930/Estb/14 dated 10.11.2014 Annexure E showing that the notification 08.12.2013 has been cancelled.

In that view of the matter, this contempt application lost its relevancy. Accordingly learned counsel for the petitioner is
