JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It is contended that the present complaint case has deliberately been filed in retaliation of the earlier complaint case no.1008 C of 2014 filed by the petitioner against the complainant and her family members and also a matrimonial suit for annulling the marriage with the complainant on the ground that the petitioner was kept in dark regarding the relationship of the complainant with some other person and within six months of marriage, she gave birth to a male child.

No.28985 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.1249 C/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
