The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P. S. Case No. 576 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 382, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that while the informant was returning to his school after withdrawing an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- he saw that five persons were following him . In the mean time two persons cut his bag and took out the cash and handed over to other persons. Thereafter the people of the locality apprehended two persons who disclosed their name as Roshan Kumar Nut and Sintu Gawala (petitioner).
Learned counsel submits that there is no recovery of any money or incriminating article from possession of this

It has further been submitted that other co-accused of this case has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.76330/2018 Petitioner is in custody since 25.9.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Saran (Chapra), in connection with in Chapra Town P. S. Case No. 576 of 2018, G.R. No. 8790 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
