The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Janki Nagar P.S.Case No.18 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 364, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping of the son of the informant. Petitioner no.1 is named in the FIR and later on name of other competitors also transpired during the course of investigation.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that FIR itself shows that there are money dispute between the parties, as such they have falsely been implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21158 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the boy in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has disclosed the name of the petitioner and it also disclosed that he was recovered by the police. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, however, the petitioners shall make prayer for regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
