Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and eight others are named in the first information report but the informant only expressed his suspicion regarding involvement of the petitioner and other accused on the ground of previous dispute. None has seen the actual killing of the deceased. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except some call detail of the petitioner, confessional statement as well as the above stated fact, I.O could not succeed to collect any cogent evidence against the petitioner. Moreover, charge sheet against the petitioner has already been submitted.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
