JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019 for offences under Sections 420, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the case was registered against several persons. Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Vikash Singh @ Chunmun Singh @ Vikash Kumar Singh @ Chunmun has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3479 of 2020. Considering the fact that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court,

Let petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
