Petitioner is accused in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019, Sessions Trial No. 870 of 2019, G.R. No. 392 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide orders dated 05.06.2020 and 14.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 10955 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 26400 of 2021 respectively. Further he submits that the fresh ground for bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 05.04.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27318 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019, Sessions Trial No. 870 of 2019, G.R. No. 392 of 2019.
