Petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.07.2016 in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 363/364A/365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for missing of Nandan Kumar Jha, aged about 9 years, son of the informant. Subsequently, the victim allegedly recovered on the same day and his statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded, which is evident from the impugned order. In that statement the victim alleged nothing against the petitioner. Submission is that due to old enmity the

Considering the aforesaid material, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-VI-cum-A.C.J.M.- III, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No.158 of 2016.
