Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 106 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation as per the F.I.R. is that the informant had gone to the house of Raja Kumar.
Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has no criminal antecedent. The allegation of firing is against one Ritik Sinha. Further submission is that he is a student and he was himself in a surprise when the present occurrence took place.

No.24373 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named will be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
