2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 413 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the has been rejected twice vide orders dated 05.03.2024 and 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80975/2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 83899/2024 respectively.

4. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged of killing the deceased in a brutal manner. They have cut the throat the deceased.
