Sanjida Khatoon, who was married with Md. Azim Mansoori about 7-8 years ago, was regularly tortured for fulfilment of demand of dowry and ultimately, she was murdered on 29.11.2015.

Petitioner is not at all connected with the family of husband of Sanjida Khatoon rather he happens to be his neighbour, carries no specific allegation and is under custody since 14.08.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bechan Mansoori is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32 of 2017 (02) dt.12-01-2017 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P. S. Case no.133 of 2015.
