2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 12 Lakh was looted from the bank. Petitioner has been named in the self inculpatory statement of one Akhilesh Kumar. He is accused in 15 more cases, and is in jail since 25.07.2023.

4. Considering the serious allegation and the criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
