2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2655C of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and cognizance has not been taken for the offences under the Dowry Prohibition Act. As a matter of fact the petitioner himself has filed Matrimonial Case No. 100 of 2013 pending before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran for restitution of conjugal rights when the matter was compromised between the parties and the OP No. 2 has accompanied the petitioner. However, she again left the matrimonial house. In any event he offers to deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly for the benefit of the OP No.2

In that view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 28.08.2014 pending in the Court of Sri P.K.Shukla, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 2655C of 2012 is hereby confirmed subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by the OP No.2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
