JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2023 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, however submits that the Ld. Trial Court may be directed to consider the fact that the petitioner has not been alleged to have engaged in any sort of specific overt act and has, on the contrary, been alleged to have only looted a sum of Rs. 30,000/- from the house of the informant. Liberty so sought is granted.
