1.800 Kilograms of Bhaang was seized from the possession of the petitioner and on account thereof, he is under custody since 27.07.2016.

Para-3 of the petition reveals regarding clean antecedent of the petitioner.

Accordingly, Prakash Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur PS Case No. 235/2016 corresponding to P.R.
