2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 379/34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Bhagawan Bazar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, a person of clean antecedents, has been falsely implicated. The petitioner reiterates his commitment to keep the informant with due dignity and honour. In any event he offers to deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly for the benefit of the informant.

4. In that view of the matter, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 18.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24594 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 connection with Bhagawan Bazar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2013 is hereby confirmed subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by the informant and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive instalments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
