JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 465 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 11.7.2018. He further submits that the injury found on the informant is simple in nature and the incident took place on account of land dispute between the parties.

Considering the totality of the fact situation, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
