JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to fix the pay scale of the petitioner against the promoted post of Reader under the Merit Promotion Scheme w.e.f. 26.12.1999 and consequently make payment of the differential arrears of salary on the promoted post of Reader. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioner, I direct the respondent no.2 to examine the case of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today and in case the petitioner is
