The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 435, 341, 323, 354, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and they also set on fire crops of the informant by sprinkling kerosene oil.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no one alive person sustained burn injury and the injury sustained as alleged has been found to be

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 255 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
