JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 The order No.2 dated 29.4.2015, which was passed as a tied up matter by a Single Judge Bench consisting of Ramesh Kumar Datta, J., has wrongly been typed as an order passed by a Division Bench, including the name of Justice Smt. Anjana Mishra, who is normally sitting in a Division Bench with Ramesh Kumar Datta, J., and due to inadvertence her name has been included.

In the above circumstances, it is directed that the order dated 29.4.2015 is to be read as passed by Ramesh Kumar Datta, J. sitting singly and not by a Division Bench. The order dated 29.4.2015 is modified to the above extent.
