It appears that the petitioner is aggrieved by the communication, as contained in Annexure-2 to the writ application, by which the mediclaim of the petitioner for hospitalization from 11.01.2016 to 12.01.2016 for the purpose

Patna High Court CWJC No.8577 of 2017(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 of some investigation of pathological test has been repudiated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy document. With the writ application the petitioner has not brought on record any material to show that such claim was within the purview of the policy document.

This writ application thus cannot proceed. It is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum, if so advised, with all supporting materials within a period of 30 days from today and in case such an application is filed before the appropriate forum, the same will be considered on its own merit. In case any question of limitation will arise, the same will be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
