Akorhigola, District Rohtas and further directed the respondents to dispose off application dated 30.08.2022 and pass reason order after removing the encroachment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Akorhigola, Rohtas for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
