JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 20 pieces of royal stag each containing 750 M.L. of wine and 750 pouch each containing 200 M.L. of country made liquor.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 17.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Case No. 295 of 2018.
