NATH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the revision application had been filed against the order allowing the prayer for review and as such the said order was appealable in accordance with law but due to wrong advice the revision application was filed. In this backdrop, the learned counsel has made a prayer to withdraw this restoration application with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy available to him in accordance with law. The prayer is allowed.

The restoration application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy, if available to him, in accordance with law.
