The petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 265/2015, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 199/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 03.10.2015 but he has not been put on Test identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of the co-accused and the petitioner is in jail since 03.10.2015 and he has

Case No. 265/2015.
