Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The seizure list would reveal that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the road side near State Bank of India, branch, however, the FIR reveals that the same was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Police
