The petitioner namely Baidhnath Singh @ Manoranjan Singh is in custody in Mashrak P.S. Case No.317 of 2015 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the F.I.R. is against three unknown accused persons. Subsequently, on the basis of the mobile cell used by this petitioner, he was tracked and on his confession, he has been remanded in this case and is in custody since 16.06.2016. The two other co-accused persons have already been released on regular bail. So far this petitioner is concerned, only mobile phone has been recovered which is alleged to have been looted by the petitioner along with other two co-

In view of the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No.317 of 2015.
