This is a case registered under Sections 304 (B), 201, 506, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that petitioner being father-in-law of the deceased alongwith eight other family members have been implicated in this case on the basis of general and omnibus allegation. No specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody in connection with this case since 26.08.2018. The husband of the victim (petitioner's son) is already in custody. Prior to the instant case petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75953 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
