Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 354(B), 372, 366, 376, 120(B) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(A) & 4 of POSCO Act.

The first informant report and the statement of victim, recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. reveal that she was raped by husband of the petitioner when the petitioner had gone out of her home. It also appears from the statement of the informant that she had left her home by her own sweet will and after that, this petitioner kept her in her house.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
