The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 75426 of 2018, by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with S.Tr.No.89 of 2017/ 536 of 2017 arising out of Belaganj P.S. case No.209 of 2017, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Gaya and the petitioners were directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks. It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that in the cause title of main petition of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24429 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/3 Cr.Misc.No.75426 of 2018 the village and P.S. name have wrongly been typed as "village Sarwa, P.S. Barachatty" in place of "village Singhaul, P.S. Belaganj" and as such same mistake has occurred in the order dated 21.12.2018.

Let in the order dated 21.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.75426 of 2018 in the cause title the village and P.S. name be read as "village Singhaul, P.S. Belaganj" in place of "village Sarwa, P.S. Barachatty".

It is further prayed on behalf of the counsel for the petitioners that further time may be extended so that the petitioners could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same.

The order dated 21.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 75426 of 2018, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
