The present contempt petition is not maintainable in the light of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with order dated 24.07.2023 passed in MJC No. 1840 of 2023 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha & Ors. vs. The Union of India & Ors.

3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed on the ground of limitation. Petitioners are at liberty to assail the impugned action of the respondents if it is so advised.
