The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 571 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he fired upon the son of the informant with an intention to kill him, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
